Child Care

Finding child care is an important step for your family.

Grande Prairie has many for-profit and not-for-profit day care centres, after-school care and family day homes.

All childcare facilities in Alberta must be licensed and supervised by trained workers, except for private day homes not working with an agency.

See the options below or use the Child Care Lookup tool from the Government of Alberta to find something that suits your family's needs.
