Grande Prairie Transit

The City of Grande Prairie has a comprehensive and expanding public transit system.

Our transit system has many helpful additions including a Google Transit Trip Planner and a 'Where's My Ride?' Bus Tracker. To learn more about these features and get a general overview of the system including fares, scheduling and a user guide, check out their website.

School Buses

School busing is available through the Peace Wapiti Public School Division, Grande Prairie Public School Division and Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools

Transit Access Program

Qualifying low income families and individuals can apply to the Transit Access Program through the City of Grande Prairie to receive a subsidized transit pass. Fees are determined  based on income.

Grande Prairie Accessible Transit (GPAT)

GPAT is an accessible, door-to-door shared transit service for people with permanent or temporary disabilities that prevent them from using fixed-route transit without assistance from another person.

Red Arrow Motorcoach

A Red Arrow Motorcoach is available in Grande Prairie providing busing services across the country.
